Today, the automotive industry is on the threshold of witnessing radical changes with the implementation of taxation and economic reforms, introduction of more stringent regulatory norms and increased focus on safety standards. In such a situation, the company which adapts changes rapidly has higher chances of surviving the global market competition. Hence, Lumax Auto Technologies has been preparing itself to capitalise on the forthcoming industrial developments driven by our existing competencies, technology partnerships, presence in key growth segments and proactive decision making.
Being part of a consumer-driven and technology oriented industry where any disruption has the potential to hugely impact the bottom lines, Lumax has made proactive investments in integration. It has been consciously investing in scaling, expanding reach and most importantly integrating by setting-up seven subsidiaries and partnerships with leading international automotive components manufacturers.
In order to emerge as a winner, the company has adopted a culture of continuous improvement through precision, high quality standards and supply reliability. Becoming the best rather than the being biggest has been a motivational factor. Its quality improvement strategy, follows a two-prolonged approach of improving internally and controlling external factors. Through technology, skill upgradation and several quality and productivity initiatives such as the 'Zero Defect, Zero Effect' campaign, Lumax addresses the relevant concerns. It also conducts regular meets with suppliers and customers to understand their requirements and receive feedback.
Over the years, the company has received several accolades and awards for the quality of the products and services it offers.
